Thinks buy a Car? Think Jaguar

Jaguar cars have been the pride of England for decades. The company was founded some place in Blackpool in 1922 and moved its production plant to Coventry. Over the years, it went through ownership string and is presently owned by the Indian based Tata motors.

Despite the stylish and elegant cars, the Jaguar car has always been struggling financially. Jaguar was never able to establish itself abroad because the dearth of luxury and expensive European cars made competition was difficult. The chief reason was the lack of buyers.

In nineteen sixty three the first Jaguar S Type was built, and was available with three point four and three point eight litre engines. The classic model was really a more defined and elegant version of the Mark 2 Jaguar, although the styling of the modern day S Type does appear to have a Mark 2 origin whilst also being modern, elegant and having the appearance of an executive car.

In 2000, Jaguar models included the C XF. The CX E and C XJ models are planned for 2010 and 2010 Jaguar XF premium too. Like all other car manufactures Jaguar NJ has also been hit by the recession. The future at the moment is uncertain because all sales worldwide are down. The Jaguar cars survive because have a solid reputation of power and efficiency - the only question is how many will be produced each year.
